Digital skills Level 1

Data skills Level 2 (Data literacy)

Employees understand what data is, where it comes from, what it says and also what it does not say. They can interpret reports, charts and dashboards, reason critically about results and make (data-driven) decisions. Data literacy is the key to an organisation that truly steers on facts rather than gut feeling.

AI skills Level 3 (AI literacy)

Employees understand how AI systems work, what opportunities they offer and what risks they carry. They can use and assess AI tools critically and act in line with applicable laws and regulations. The EU AI Act (article 4) requires organisations that use AI to actively ensure their employees have an appropriate level of AI literacy.
